Nankai Namba Navi

(Image by AID-DCC) Nankai Namba Navi is an interactive signage installation at Namba CITY guiding visitors through the area via touch.

Sound is the core of the experience: ambient BGM built from organic textures evolves with each touch, layering new elements as visitors interact. Every panel has its own distinct touch sound, each one folded into the music itself, turning interaction into composition. UI progress and musical progression are structurally separated, so no matter how visitors touch, the sound never breaks down — keeping the space calm and cohesive.

なんばCITY本館に新設されたインフォメーションサイネージ「Nankai Namba Navi」。難波エリアの魅力をタッチ操作で案内する体験型コンテンツで、映像とサウンドを連動させることで遠くからでも存在を認知させる設計を実現。イラストマップによる直感的なUIと、操作に応じて展開するオーガニックなアンビエントBGM、パネルごとに異なるタッチ音が空間全体を彩る。毎時には鳩時計モチーフの遊び心あるサプライズ演出も。UI操作と音楽進行を構造的に分離することで、どんな操作でも音楽的に破綻しない設計を実現し、実用性と心地よい空間体験を両立させた。
